Ms. Samar Haroon Bilour, MNA representing the Pakistan Branch, participated in the Commonwealth Women Parliamentarians (CWP) Programme held on the margins of the 69th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference. Held under the theme “Making Gender Sensitivity an Institutional Mandate: Ethics, Accountability and Structural Change,” the programme brought together parliamentarians to discuss women’s representation, gender-sensitive parliamentary practices, accountability and institutional reforms. The programme also included learning and development workshops and CWP business meetings.
